Our story
Meet Richard Randall
Having spent 14 years as a firefighter, I saw first-hand the damage that chimney fires can cause. That experience has stayed with me and is why I place such importance on installing stoves correctly, using a HETAS Registered Installer, and making sure customers understand how to safely use and maintain their stove and chimney.
Richard Randall
Richard set up Cosy Living Stoves to bring stove and hearth supply together with installation carried out by his own company, Richard Randall Woodburners Limited. Every survey and every installation is handled by Richard personally, not passed to a subcontractor, so you are dealing with the same person from your first enquiry through to your HETAS certificate.
