It is your responsibility to make sure that products are installed correctly and in compliance with HETAS regulations. Alternatively you can contact your local Building Control Officer at your Local Authority for details of the regulations. When an order is placed you will receive an email with details of the products you have ordered. Please check your order and contact us immediately if any error has been made. Please do not rely on colours viewed on a computer screen. Sample colour swatches are available upon request. 4. Delivery Purchases incur a delivery charge as stated when ordering. Additional delivery charges may apply for orders to Ireland or Northern Ireland. We do not deliver outside of the UK. Please check delivery timescales prior to placing an order as these may vary dependent on the manufacturer and bespoke requirements. Goods will be delivered direct from the Manufacturer and it is your responsibility to let us know if there are any problems with access to the delivery address so we can make appropriate arrangements. There will be one driver to help with delivery but we suggest you have at least one other person with you to assist. The driver will move the stove to the nearest access point and is unable to move the goods across uneven or gravelled driveways, up or down steps or through narrow openings. Please unpack and check goods whilst the driver is with you. All goods should arrive in excellent condition, however, should you find the goods to be damaged please mark this clearly on the delivery note and contact us immediately upon delivery. If you are unavailable when your stove is delivered at the agreed time, then re-delivery charges will apply. If you cancel an order after it has been dispatched unfortunately you will be charged for the return delivery costs. 5. Right to cancel/Returns We strive to supply goods in excellent condition. Some of our products are both heavy and fragile, and need careful handling until installed. We will repair or replace (for free) any item found defective or damaged before delivery or during unloading. This is in addition to your manufacturers guarantee. We cannot accept return of products which are damaged after delivery. You have the right to cancel the purchase of goods without having to give a reason at any time within the "cooling off period" of fourteen working days, beginning on the day you receive the goods. Any stoves built to order cannot be returned unless the stove is damaged/faulty and has not been installed. You must take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession and return these un-used with the original packaging. It is your responsibility to check the goods before accepting delivery and you must indicate if the goods are damaged when signing for them. If the goods are unwanted or unsuitable a credit note will be issued provided they are returned ‘as good as new’ with their original packaging and in a ‘resaleable’ condition. Once goods have been installed they are non returnable and fall under the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions. All cancellations must be in writing by post or by email to info@cosylivingstoves.co.uk quoting the order details and date ordered. You must confirm that the goods are in the original packaging, unused in anyway and that we are able to inspect the goods before signing for them. Failure to do this will result in no return number or address being issued. Items returned to us must be sent by recorded delivery. Return delivery costs are to be covered by the customer, unless the goods were received damaged. When choosing a carrier to return your goods to us you must ensure that CosyLivingStoves are allowed to inspect the contents when we receive them. CosyLivingStoves have 48 hours from the time of signing your return to inspect the goods for damages. CosyLivingStoves reserve the right to refuse delivery of poorly packaged or damaged goods. They must be returned in their original packaging and securely packaged. Any goods found to be damaged upon return will not be refunded. We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% on goods which prove to be non-defective and the initial outgoing carriage costs. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. All goods are sold subject to the The Sale of Goods Act 1979, the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994, the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977. E&OE. and the Distance Selling Act 2000. 6.
